what size tubing for quick disconnect QD3

hi all i've just bought this

so i can add a quick disconnect to my loop when i re do it but im struggling to understand what size tubing i need.

can i anyone help? also what barb fitting or compression fitting would i need for the tubing?

From the description, that fitting has a compression fitting for connecting directly to 16/13mm tubing.

Thats what i wwas assuming except overclockers doesnt have any 16/13mm tubing?

Would 16/11 work? i've looked at other competitor sites and the only size tubing i can find is 16/11 and not 16/13

I wouldn't have confidence in that, myself - 2mm gap between the OD of the fitting and the ID of the tubing.

I would have thought it'd be better to use 11/16 tubing and get the 10/16 fittings, as there don't seem to be any 11/16 ones. There are 1/4" threaded fittings for going directly into components, so if there's a female 1/4"-to-11/16 adapter, that could work.

It does seem a bit off, though...
