Massdrop gift box not yet arrived?

Mine was tracked all the way to my door, although it did show as delivered five days before it arrived...so it seems more likely that it was tracked until taken by customs.

Massdrop packages can take an age to arrive, especially when customs are involved. They can hold parcels for weeks or even months, seemingly just to calculate VAT and duty (if any).
 
When I've had stuff from overseas in the past, they sometimes pass the parcel onto Royal Mail for final delivery. I would speak to USPS myself and ask if that is the case, in which case they should have a tracking code for RM or whoever they use when it gets into the UK. Never trust someone else speaking to a company on your behalf :)
 
Usually if you dig around the USPS tracking site for your parcel there should be a reference number you can use on the royal mail site. You just need to look out for a number that looks like a royal mail tracking number and put it onto the royal mail tracking site.

There are also international tracking sites that seem to pull data from multiple carriers, and manage to show more information than the individual carriers' sites do for their leg of the journey.
 
this is how long stuff should take from the states this was monthly and the same time frame every time for about a year

Never had a parcel in customs for more than a few days either although I've only had a parcel checked by them once
