Been reading about all the data being sent from the new win 10 personal information such as viewing habits, credit card details etc... I really think companies are going too far with this and there has to be some kind of regulation to stop this.
 
There is it's called personal choice, don't like the terms/contract you have to agree to don't use their products, same goes with all software.

Kind of a problem with Windows though as sooner or later you are likely going to have to use it.

so with some software your borrowing it rather than purchasing it, and at any time they can cancel the software and delete from your system, even though you have purchased it at the shop. what about if you buy software and find out a clause you don't agree with, you cant return it back to the shop for a refund as you've opened it. Android phones makers have the right to own your pictures that are on your phone.
 
I would propose a move to windows 3.11, its the only way to be sure that the illuminati NWO types don't get their hands all your bases.....................
