I don't care. Some day Microsoft, Google or Apple will make a clone of me based on the information they collect and it will destroy me. Until then I'm happy to live in ignorance.

so with some software your borrowing it rather than purchasing it, and at any time they can cancel the software and delete from your system, even though you have purchased it at the shop. what about if you buy software and find out a clause you don't agree with, you cant return it back to the shop for a refund as you've opened it. Android phones makers have the right to own your pictures that are on your phone.

Yep, see, you understand:DD

Wow all those AAA titles , looks like a greenlight dumping ground :D

It always amazes me how many people don't mind their personal data being in the hands of big corporations, who are duty bound to make as much money from us as possible, but freak out when they think the government, elected by us, are reading their data to fulfil their duty to protect the realm and its citizens.

When you break the seal on a Windows OS you are confirming you agree to the terms.

Hope the OP doesn't own a smartphone!

Or use Chrome. Or use a PC at work at all.

Yes that's quite crazy really.

They will have done something about it by then OP, they'll lose a **** ton of business/corporate sales and probably get slapped by the EU if Windows 10 stays as it is.

If having people agreeing to T&C's makes it fair game to be spied on we can expect all manner of applications to follow with similar data mining technologies.

Please tell me more about how a '**** ton of businesses' will cancel their Microsoft license agreements and stop using Windows.

What absolute tosh. I've returned quite a few games in the past after playing them, and finding them crap, using the excuse that I didn't agree with a clause in the EULA.

It's tragic how so few care or even value their Privacy, no wonder Govts. and Corporations think they can do what the hell they like. Thanks to the idiotic 'Nothing to Hide' Brigade. :(
