We had a really interesting instructor, he was also honest and said "the less questions you ask the sooner we will all be out of here" :D

It had an interesting piece on the Hungerford motorway pileup which I had forgotten about.

The only thing is, I got caught doing 35 in a 30 the week after the course so ended up with 3 points anyway.
 
I just got stung last week also. I got the letter through the post but didn't recall seeing any cameras or anything, but then I remembered I have a car camera and so checked the footage.

Sneaky get, over the far right hand side, over the turn right lane, over the safety barrier, over the lane going the other way and in the filter lane with the sun in my eyes.

Did the course and walked out - was quite interesting but not applicable to my circumstances. Felt aimed at idiots doing silly speeds in densely populated areas but whatever...

basicly the same for me, except I took a wrong turn at about 2am and ended up on a deserted stretch of dual carriageway with a 50 speed limit, I was then paying more attention to getting back on track and missed the GATSO, I think it got me at 56mph :(

The course was interesting though, the bit about stopping distances interested me the most. :)
