I found out something about my fiance and her family and I don't know what to do...

I think she was genuine.

Joking aside, it's not that much of a big deal, I was just shocked that I never knew before today! What other secrets is she hiding! :D

My fiancé is Catholic too but no where near like her Mother is! The woman won't do anything because she believes that God is guiding her and he will tell her what to do with her life :o

I had an ex like this too, in the end we broke up because it simply didn't work having a family on one side that were aethists, and one on the other that were "the world was created in 7 days" kind of people. There is only so much compatibility you can reach before you have to say nope, this is not what I want for the future. Not to mention potential issues when kids arrive.

Why is everyone suddenly stupid if they have doubt on if it happened?

Because there is undeniable proof that it happened. Either we did go to the moon or America faked it and since then other countries (who some would have reason to out the conspiracy) have joined in on the said conspiracy to cover up that it was all faked.

I had this discussion with someone at the pub once, I literally went on my phone and got the pictures China took of the moon landing spot showing the flag and the Moon buggy still there

You don't need pictures though, I had the discussion with someone at work and left it as: If we didn't go to the moon, who put the reflectors on the moon used in the range finding experiments?

Edit: To be on topic slightly - Go home, pull her trousers down and shout "moon" then declare that man is once again going to leave deposits on the moon.

Neil Armstrong claims he's been to the Moon but has never been to Rhyl. Definitely something dodgy going on there.

He made a case that people have been worshipping Satan.

He made the case for his own ignorance of Christian theology. I am sure in his own mind he thought he was saying something new and original, but these are issues that have been discussed and explained for the best part of two thousand years.

In short: the horrible things in the world are a consequence of our sin. God created us a paradise and we ruined it. He doesn't generally interfere in our daily lives because we have free will, and that means we've the freedom to experience the bad and the good.

Fry's outburst was little more than the whining of a petulant child.

I know it's not the strangest conspiracy theory ever.

I think everyone believes we have been there now? since there's mirrors on the moon ? just the first time is questionable.

does your missus watch ancient aliens also? great series

Lets be fair here, the fact she even knows what the moon is is a step in the right direction.

Id rather have in laws i can belittle on a daily basis for their stupidity than the other way round!

Just think, no matter what happens you'll always be able to out smart them.

Ps... i agree with you tho, the moon landing was fake.

:D

I think you'll be safe. I argued for ages, even had to draw diagrams , to explain to her that a tonne of feathers weighed the same as a tonne of bricks.

Still didn't believe me.
