I'm getting a combi installed in September and we've opted for a Worcester Wave to go with it. Ive not really looked into them much but it was either that or Nest at the time of decision.

I understand there are a number of them on the market so I was curious about peoples experiences.

What do you have on your boiler?

nest for radiator control
honeywell stc 100 for water control

I'm a Nest user. I've got the Thermostat on my Worcester Bosch combi-boiler and two Protect Smoke/CO alarms around the house.

Is Wave any good? We just fitted a new c\h system with a greenstar boiler.

Can you run 2x heating zones from the wifi thermostat, or have 2 of them connected?

I'm sending my tado back after the end of the year lease. It's good in theory but never quite worked as it should do. It's nice being able to switch the heating on when you are driving home in the car on a cold evening but beyond that I didn't see much benefit.

Edit: Reconnecting to the tado after the internet dropped was an absolute nightmare!

I have a Tado. So far so good but too early to really appraise as I only installed in May. Its certainly a big step ahead of the previous controls I had. No connection issues with mine once I got it set up.
