Just had a quick look at ocuk stock on FuryX, it is incredibility low, less than 10 stock available for all models.
I believe this HBM is causing a big issue on the production time.
I was quite excited when I saw Lisa showed us the FuryX2 just before that launch event finished because I always prefer a dual card than a single one.

However by looking at the current Fury stock, I believe it is going to take a few more months for them to have enough HBM / skill to produce FuryX2.

Maybe by the time FuryX2 launch with high price tags, then the next gen card is almost ready, then it seems there is no point to buy it as 16nm should gives a significant boast up on performance.

Fury X2 due to launch in Q4 2015.

AMD original plan to ship 30,000 chips for 2015 since June launch but weeks later they realised demand won't be met and they slashed orders down to maybe 15,000 chips for Fury X, Fury, Nano and Fury X2.

The issue was not HBM, actually it is the interposer.

Interposer is really very difficult to make. If next gen chips with HBM2 continued to use interposer then they will ship very few chips again.
