Maybe go with a thicker 120mm rad to keep fan speeds (and noise) down a bit?

I'd also look at adding a drain point (T-piece, Male-male connector, ball valve and plug).

If he's getting QDC's then surely a drain point is surplus to requirements.

Ok so I started to take things apart to get a proper idea of how to do this and I've come to the conclusion that most of the noise is from my PSU so I'm going to look at replacing that.

I also disconnected on of the fans on my antec AIO and the noise dropped a lot under load. The temp went up by about 7c but I can live with that for a quieter gaming experience.

I'm going to delid my processor and apply some liquid metal and see if that drops temps.

I still want to water cool eventually but before I do I want to get the new PSU and delid so I may just buy some bits and pieces each month for the next couple of months.

Water-cooling is expensive, massive sinkhole of money. Rewards are pretty great though.

Also, quite note on the QDC's, don't buy the black Koolance QDC's, they gunk up from the various threads around it seems it's only the black ones that gunk up and will be stuck in the open position.
