To fix would I need to join ever single wire? There is like 8 and its the thin style so not much copper once cut.

I cut accidentally thinking it was an old speaker cable. It gives internet to my devices in my kitchen It would be ideal to fix to save the hassle having to drill a new cable to get to my gear

Easy enough job.

Just get yourself one of these kits and youtube how to wire up RJ45.

Then you just need one of these to join them together.

Probably more correct ways to do this but it'll get you up and running and what I've done rather than using networking wall points.

How best to rejoin? Twisting copper won't work

Alternatively, something like these would work too:

Not if it's run through walls, under floors etc. - in these cases joining it is the easier option than rerunning.

IDC Punchdown box is the best way to join it, but crimping both ends with RJ45's and using a coupler would also work fine.

Tape the new wire to the old one and pull it through, it's not hard. Or re-terminate and couple.
