Gaming Build - £950 budget

If it makes any difference at all, i doubt that the guy that wants this pc is going to overclock much, if at all.

There are no non K versions of the Skylake CPUs and only Z170 chipset boards at the mo.

So the overclocking is just a feature thats there.

Like I said I used that cooler I specced this week in a friends build and can testify as to how quiet it is, it also being all black in cooler on the visible part makes it look sublime against the motherboard/RAM etc.

The RAM works via setting XMP profile in the BIOS, so one click and thats 3000MHz set with the correct timings abd voltage, then save+exit the BIOS and thats sorted.
 
Am I best off still going for the setup you pointed out to me first ? or in your opinion do you think that any of the changes made are better?
