How exactly have you cooked them ? Destroyed pads/discs? Cooked brake fluid ?
Even when driving like a hooligan, a disc upgrade is usually unnecessary, better brake pads (and sometimes, better grade brake or just new fluid) are usually more than enough.
I always drove like a hooligan in my Galant, smelly brakes often and black (from the brake dust) alloys every week, still never managed to break em... Replaced front pads once but after that never, they lasted years, the cheapest most rubbish pads I could buy...
