what do you all eat at work?

Carrots with Hummus, pita breads with ham, soft cheese and salad and then a tesco finest ready meal ... the cheaper ready meals are horrendus for you, the expensive ones? Not so much.

Fruit and fibre for breakfast.
Tesco Indian Summer Chicken Salad (kale, carrots, dal muth, chicken etc.)
Apple in the afternoon.

Seems to do the trick and is helping me trim down slightly.

Salad bar from Morrisons, chicken kebab off the hot counter and a Danio yougurt.

Life on the edge. (not the cheapest £5 a day more or less)

Brown rice with some form of meat dish from the night before, mostly chillis, curries, sweet and sour or something more home cooked. I'm busy most evenings so use a lot of jarred sauces but throw in extra chopped up veg.

Works out cheaper, more filling and more nutritious than anything I can get in and around work.

The hearts of anyone who continuously sends me passive aggressive rubbish though the help desk like they're the only ones having a problem.

I just had a KFC.

did you get the receipt? 20% off voucher to be had, my local has been offering this for best part of 2 years ;)

- Chicken or Tuna
- Salad
- Cous Cous
- Some kind of dressing

It's my main meal of the day, so it's made to be a decent sized meal.

large chip with salt and extra vinegar and portion of sausages (3)....still deciding whether to have the sausages battered or not. also may have some cheese and gravy over the chips......and copious amounts of red sauce

A free three course meal with the choice of salad or soup, three mains and three desserts. Free fruit too.
