what do you all eat at work?

1. Morning coffee two sugars /w milk, a small portion of natural Yoghurt & Mixed nuts for breakfast
2. A piece of fruit normally around 10-11am
3. A salad which will often include all types of herb leaves, avocado, tomato, carrots, lentils & some other veggies, as for the 'engine' will normally be some seasoned chicken breast, tuna & salmon (I like to mix it up with noodles in my salads sometimes too)
4. Will occasionally slip a eat natural bar in after lunch if I am feeling like I need the boost and they aren't all that bad tasting either

...And finally about 2-3l of water a day if I can!

I noticed here almost none mentioned tuna, mackerel or sardines
something fishy is going on here :)

Not the sort of smell you really want to subject others to especially if you're stuck in a small warm office.

Although I do have tuna sometimes.

Why? I'll tell you now it's in no way bad for you.
Do some reading on intermittent fasting.

you need to have 12 meals a day starting with 10 egg whites mixed with oats and blueberrys + yams the moment you wake up, dude seriously ... your not doing this??? you wont be a 310lb muscle man without it

Good, I struggle beating the women off with a pointed stick already being a 215lb Adonis.

I also have canned mackerel sometimes. Trouble is the local Tesco stopped stocking the spicy tomato sauce one, which is by far the best :(
And john west ones suck.

I hope it's just an ordering issue and it'll be back soon.

Because your body needs fuel for the day, that's the way we're built. If I didn't eat all day I'd have a banging headache, I'd have no energy and to be honest I'd probably pass out come 4pm. It can't be good for productivity or concentration.

If you were going to eat one meal a day, surely breakfast would be better.

This makes no sense.
You could only not do it as you aren't used to it and your insulin response is probably heywire. Your body holds basically a days energy worth in glycogen stores which can be had fast, and has means of getting more energy though slower processes.

I eat so badly. I usually spend about £6 a day in the canteen at work (I only work 4 long days) and i know its a massive waste of money at over £100-£125 a month just for lunch.

I need to change so much of my eating habits

Today I had,

Tuna salad sandwhich, seeded bread.
Oat granola and blueberries in proper full fat natural yoghurt
Banana
Chocolate, macadamia and cranberry bar thing

How anyone can not eat breakfast or lunch is baffling.
