you need to have 12 meals a day starting with 10 egg whites mixed with oats and blueberrys + yams the moment you wake up, dude seriously ... your not doing this??? you wont be a 310lb muscle man without it

Because your body needs fuel for the day, that's the way we're built. If I didn't eat all day I'd have a banging headache, I'd have no energy and to be honest I'd probably pass out come 4pm. It can't be good for productivity or concentration.Why? I'll tell you now it's in no way bad for you.

If you were going to eat one meal a day, surely breakfast would be better.
I eat so badly. I usually spend about £6 a day in the canteen at work (I only work 4 long days) and i know its a massive waste of money at over £100-£125 a month just for lunch.
