MSI 270x > EVGA 970 upgrade worth it?

Hi there,
I currently have a 2GB MSI 270X and am wondering if it is worth upgrading to a EVGA 970 (4GB) if I can pick one up for around the £200 mark, or is it worth spending the £200 on a 290x?
