Arctic Freezer 7 fan replacement

I've currently got a 5 year old Arctic 7 Freezer Pro (rev2) in my system. The fan seems to be packing up.

Is it possible to replace just the fan or should I just by a whole new heatsink/fan? From looking at it, there doesn't seem to be a way to attach a different fan to the current heatsink.

Replace the whole thing, cheap enough to get a decent cooler now. What's the max cpu height in your case?

I think the max height is 165mm (It's a Fractal Design R3).

Never used it. See how it fares against the very popular hyper 212 Evo as that would fit in your case too.

I think some of the cheaper raijintek are good too.
