One question, how can it be a double slit with interference patterns with only one gap?

If I can recall. It's called Huygen's principle. The line along the gap (in the slit) produces secondary wavelets, which then go on to interfere as they spread out.

Made a girl I worked with who gave me a lift to work, laugh when I was between cars for a month.

Told her it was my job first thing in the morning (aged about 10 ) before I left to go to school to put the fire on, using scrunched up newspaper, chopped wood, coal and quite a few matches!
