550 ish Budget what to get?

Hello all

looking for some advice, I'm stressing trying to decide what to change in my system.

I'm looking for mainly:

New monitor ( I have an ancient BenQ 22" 1080p thing )

Graphics card ( currently have a 6950)

Maybe a new Cooler ( Currently a Coolermaster 212 Evo )

and a new HDD for additional storage , not an SSD

Also I can't decide if the budget would allow a 144Hz monitor over 60Hz. Is it worth it?

Game wise , playing Bf3 mainly at the moment, but wanting to try ARK, GTA, and of course future stuff.

Current other specs:

CPU - i5 4690k ( not had time to OC it yet )
Asus z97 Pro Gamer
8GB 2400Mhz RAM
256GB Samsung Evo 850 Pro SSD.
650w Superflower leadex gold

any advice appreciated.

Mite be worth geting a 4k monitor.

see I wasn't sure on just getting a 60Hz and using the extra cash from that for 980?

too many combinations that im thinking of

At 1080p you dont need a 980

What resolution do you want to play at? Is your current monitor 60hz?

Well currently playing at 1920 x 1080. And yea 60Hz

at the moment mostly CS:GO, sometimes Battlefield 3, but looking at playing GTA, DayZ , Arma, Battlefield 4 in the future.
