goona post something and tell me what you think it means

Called as requested but customer advises that the tv is going to be exchanged. Spoke to Samsung advisers. Another department is dealing with the "possible" exchange on the system. Leaving TV with customer for the exchange.

not mine.

You're not the brightest bulb in the box, are you? I could text that number right now with a link to this thread, what do you think could happen? The owner could well get in touch with your boss and lodge a complaint. And then you'd be very lucky to keep your job as this is breach of privacy and is actually a very serious matter (like legal serious, not company policy serious).

The way it's written sounds like you told the Engineer, the TV is actually going to be exchanged.

Edit:

Are you the engineer? Customer is telling you the TV is being exchanged and you spoke with another department that you work with to confirm if this is the case.

The serial number is handy. Probably the engineer code as well...

In summary it appears a Technician/Repairman was present at your given establishment whereupon it was divulged to said Technician/Repairman that you, had told him the TV is being replaced by Samsung. Obviously the Technician/Repairman must have been doing the job of dealing with the Public for a few years and had the good sense to phone his Superiors and confirm what the Customer (You) had told him. To which: His superiors informed him that another Dept. was dealing with the Fault/Complaint with a view to a POSSIBLE exchange. Upon receiving this information the Technician/Repairman decided to leave the problem TV with you.

And now I'm guessing as the Repair Invoice has a date of March this year, the POSSIBLE exchange TV has yet to materialise and the OP has decided to Post a somewhat incoherent and cryptic whine Thread here at OcUK Forums. Amirite?

No, engineer came to my place last year, cs told him tv being exchanged, so I asked him to write this all down, now Samsung are telling me that they will not swap it over.

None of my details are there, those numbers are not in circulation anymore and I don't really care about the engineers details.

customer advised tv being exchanged.< i take it i have been advised tv will be exchanged.

there a difference

customer advises that the tv is going to be exchanged< me telling engineer tv will be exchanged

No, the order it's written makes the implication it was the customer doing the advising, hence the subsequent calls, otherwise it would be written at the end. You can also see similar use of the word advised in reference to what the call centre told him, he certainly wouldn't be advising the call centre of the exchange status, when he just called them to ask.

Well that's not what is written on the sheet, the sheet says you advised him out was to be exchanged, he called to check so he didn't get told off, they told him maybe, so he left you to it.
