I quite like the yellow. Would look nice in my upcoming X99 msi mpower board based setup. More so than my current gaming edition 980ti.

) I have a waterblock but just cba to fit it and not really that bothered at present because I just let the card throttle to keep the noise low and I don't run AB when just gaming.

Really really tempted though and will keep an eye on price, if I can sell and buy without personal cost, I might well do it.

Well I've had my 290X Lightning for about a month now and is an absolute monster clocker, will do 1250/1700 fairly easily, not had the bottle to go higher. It has Samsung memory, so one could only assume that this would too

Would definitely recommend this card!

Looks very impressive and kicks my Titan X's butt and slaughters the Fury X in the games tested. I might well have to make the switch.

Can people remember how long it took to find out pricing of the last Lightning after it was officially announced and would you expect a similar notice period? Just dead curious!

By the looks of it, this will achieve the same overclock as the MSI Gaming 6G on air (they all struggle to get on or over 1,500 stable)

The benefit of the Lighting is that it will be achieved by lower temps, and perhaps lower noise.

How much a premium over the Gaming 6G is this worth?

Will these cards be using binned chips, which could lead to the Gaming 6G getting worse chips now? It's a dangerous game when manufacturers start binning their own chips for their own tiers of product.
