Best 80mm Cooler needed

Well since I'm new to building PC's, I got a case that looked nice but its seem quite poor for cooling. I got this http://www.cooltek.de/en/cubes/coolcube/2/coolcube and wanted to add an CM Evo 212 but that's 120mm and I only have space for an 80mm cooler.

I have a Asus Maximus VI Impact (Mini ITX) motherboard with HyperX FURY Series 8GB (2x 4GB) ram which I'm assuming is low profile? And a Be Quiet Semi Modular 430 ATX PSU.

I would really appreciate the best 80mm cooler, maximum price £35 as it is a budget PC but lower is fine

80mm is the distance from top of CPU to PSU.

No way will a 140mm fan fit! A 100mm fan is about as big as it can be.

Distance from RAM socket, PCIe socket and daughter PCB to center CPU is 49mm, 91mm and 52mm.

My suggestion would be something lke the Thermalright AXP-100. The only thing that with be close is RAM. RAM is 32.8mm; 27.8mm above CPU and 49mm from center CPU to near side of RAM socket. AXP-100 is 27.15mm to bottom of fins and 42.5mm from center to side, with the underside angled up at the edge so should just clear. I can't be sure of this without actually fitting everything.

Whatever cooler you decide to use, I would mount the fan pulling air out of cooler .. from motherboard up toward PSU intake. This will move the heat up and away from components rather than down into them .. where the heated air circles back up around cooler and is drawn back into it.. I typically see 7-10c better cooling with fan pulling. ;)

I have detailed drawings of cooler and ,motherboard image with scaled measurements if you need them.

Here are mobo with scaled measurements and AXP-100 below it to scale. To the right is 2D drawing with measurements.

As your mobo has 145mm from daughter board to edge of PCIe socket and overall size is 155x150x68mm, I doubt it will fit.
