A forum suggestion

Very trivial but thought I'd ask anyway. Is it possible to introduce a duplicate of the 'Forum Jump' drop down box at the top as well as the bottom? They have this at another forum I go to which just adds a bit more convenience. So it inspired me to make this amazing thread. If not and you wish to close this aforementioned amazing thread, that's absolutely fine with me.

EDIT: Updating it should be pretty trivial, it's just a plaintext xml file with the links laid out for the menu. Can add to them pretty easily.
