Drove the new Mustang GT 50th anniversary today, beautiful car I have to say and built well inside surprisingly. The back seats are usable too and cosy.

That engine is glorious and it handled really well.

Really impressed with the gearbox, such a nice short shift action, but the clutch was too soft with a high biting point, which let it down. The noise and ride was great though, and when I go V8 I'd seriously consider one. The pace is pretty radical. Would have to install an aftermarket clutch though to bring it to a decent level of stiffness.

their advertising and marketing has not advanced past 1990's lol.

the fords are dirt cheap! £13k(GBP) for a crispy new fiesta ST with all the options ticked. couldn't say no!

Hah guy at the car show yesterday was saying "Dat gtr is the fastest car here", sure it probably was, I mean no Lambo or Ferarri attending could hit 62 in 2.7s, but beyond that? No chance against those V12s

You can nearly get three GTR's for the same price though! Spend about half and modify the GTR, you'll still be pulling away well into licence losing speeds.

no pic but just saw some fella on a big sports bike spin the rear end out and crash infront of me, it was quite low speed but still shattered his fairing,
i was at a set of traffic lights and he came out of the road to my left and turned right to join the road i was on but to go in the opposite direction, he ended up on the other side of the road so i left the cars he'd blocked the path of to help him out, i shouted accross 'are you ok' and he put his thumb up... think it was just his pride he'd hurt

Mclarens dont even have a gear stick, just buttons on the centre console!

I agree, changing gear is part of the driving experience. Other people want auto as they're lazy its their choice

The wheels on that TTS are just awful, looks like a Halfords special. They've done the same thing with the new R8, ruins an otherwise stunning car.
