How dumb are you, man? I doubt there has ever been such an influx of business and entrepreneurship than when Asians came here. It's hard to understand if you are a bigot and closed off to people of other cultures, but most Asian people are extremely hard working because their parents, born in countries where you have to work hard to stay alive, have brought them up that way. To say otherwise is just idiocy, or you don't know any Asians. I'm thinking the former.
I suspect a lot of us would be less concerned (over safety at least) if it were Japanese, or S. Korean immigrants anyhow. It isn't, tho, so I don't really see how it's relevant.
N. Africa and the ME is about as fundamentally different - actually opposed - to our way of life as you can imagine. How many of them will have been raised on a diet of hatred for the west? How many will have been told from infancy that the west is a decadent evil that must be fought with and defeated, for the glory of islam?
Don't we remember not so long ago the vast scores of people burning US flags? They hate us!

I dont care what others might believe, but i dont look at current situations and ignore long term issues... emotion is a demon that needs to be quashed when serious and complex issues arise.
So what if a child died... millions do, every year and that is WITH aid programs stretching back decades, we only expanded the problem without educating enough.
When the food starts running out, it will stop be willful stupidity and become a disaster.

Yeah.... hope like that Jordanian pilot had whilst he burnt to death alive in a cage, I'm all for feel good ******** like the next person.
But I live in the real world where some of these individuals are potentially twisted and the religion they follow fundamentally opposes a western way of living and it's values.
Call me stupid for wanting to protect a free society rather than let it descend into an oppressive hell hole just so I can avoid being called some mean words like bigot.
God forbid I care about that, i'm such a heartless person. When foreigners protect their culture it's fine, as soon as a white european man does it he's a racist/bigot/xenophobe. Seriously some people have a warped sense of reality...if anything I want the western way of life to go forcing itself on people. They'd be better off for it too and enjoy the freedoms we do. But you ever notice the cultures that force themselves on others are always the most backward?
And that sums up my concerns with mass immigration. It's going to create problems, mark my words. Not now but give it a few years....

They've heard on the grapevine that they get free stuff so they are off to get it.
Ergo, they are now migrating.
That's already happened in Hungary, migrants were going to be transported to camps and they basically protested *cough* demanded to be taken to Germany.
I'm sorry but you don't have the privilege of demanding anything, if food, water and shelter is being offered, you take it with some gratitude, and be thankful that you're no longer in a war zone.
