sticker residue removal

You can literally buy Label Remover. I use it all day when I get kit back and other people have stuck their stickers over my stuff. It smells like orange too. It's probably the ame as the Citrus Clean stuff you can get for degreasing.

I'm see this question pop up time to time and i love giving my answer, it was something i found out completely by accident when cleaning a wooden chest of draws that had brown packing tape all over it that wouldn't come off

Furniture Polish, it comes straight off no problems :D

In the US they sell a very popular product especially for this, called goo gone... I use it extensively for anything glue, goo wise that won't come off.. Surprised the UK doesn't have a similarly marketed product.

Akasa TIM clean that OCUK sell works well, it's not corrosive either.

edit: can't find it so perhaps OCUK don't sell it.

Yeah it works for all kinds of sticky gunge left behind by stickers of all kind. The only trouble is you have to wash the surface afterwards to get rid of the stink. :)

Leave the windows open until it fully evaporates and blows away.

Unless you've been using entire bottles of it, it won't take long. Shouldn't need to wash the surfaces again.
