It said it was shipped yesterday on the website but I got a text today around 5 saying that it had been shipped via RM 1st class so it should be here tomorrow.

So apparently the subclass quests aren't bugged. The emblems in the vendor unlock with some new quests after TTK launch.

Will get my last striker one done. Been brave and made him New Monarchy.

9/10 UPDATE
• There appears to be some confusion surrounding the new sub-class emblems that can be found in the Emblem Collection. The new emblems, which can be found under The Taken King sub-heading, are new emblems that require the completion of certain content and/or Bounties that will be released when Destiny: The Taken King launches. Players who complete their new sub-class Quests do not qualify for these emblems yet. There will more steps to complete, starting on September 15.

What about the faction quests? which I think reward an exotic class item for that faction. I'm maybe half way through it and just need to kill some more stuff in strikes.

That one won't let you complete until the 15th apparently. If in doubt, don't complete it til then

Thought it was 25....my warlock is at 23 DO, my other chars are a fair distance away, especially the hunter, which I was planning to main....bah, what to do!

That exotic class item's light is going to be pretty useful....maybe I'll stick with the warlock...

I got 200 coins Think I'll spend a hundred at least. Getting 5 packages on day 1 is going to be a huge boost.
