AMD Reorganizes and Creates Radeon Technologies Group

Seriously? AMD won't spin off their graphics they are needed for their apus; for the consoles *along with what they just got with Nintendo* Anyone thinks they will needs their head examined.

Lisa setting right what certain two ceos screwed up......and putting AMD far; far stronger position to move forward.

Let's hope so, It'd be nice if I could replace my Fury with another AMD card that actually sits at the top of the pile of next gen models.

The last time it happened was with the 7970ghz. Nvidia had to release the Titan to beat it and haven't been upstaged since.

This could be a lot better for AMD, hopefully better funding and more GPU's. Let's roll in something less than 28nm as i'm fed up of it now!! :D

Leader of this group seems to be really talented person sounds like great idea tbh. Also this movement sounds like revival of 'Ati' to me

Ern, this is the guy who is apparently the force behind the Nano

Who has some damn fine credentials behind him in the design, production of the products but probably has no control over the prices of the them.

The Fiji products are good products, just at the wrong prices at the moment.

If the Nano came in at about £400 or slightly less then I think it could have been a contender and a lot more people would have gone for it. Same for Fury X and Fury Pro really.

Good cards, bad pricing. :(

The Fury X is a great product and a good choice for a AIO cooler but costs a bit too much, the Fury is decent and probs the better price but the Nano just seems massively over priced at this stage of the game.

Hopefully with the restructuring, AMD can get back to great cards at great prices.

79** series were great cards. I haven't seen one that wouldn't do 1ghz with decent voltage mine does over 1ghz with a stock voltage of .994, the release cards could have been set to 1ghz. Now we see AMD is a bit lagging in the ghz wars by an average of a few hundred mhz, would be nice to see the next gen kind to clocking again.

More Ghz isn't always going to correlate to more performance.

Surely they won't sell now. They've just had some private equity funding, and they have decent products just around the corner.

Why would they sell now?

Calm down and breaaaaaaaaaathe.................

*Said in a soft soothing voice* It's allllll speculation at the moment, nothing is confirmed. Please remain calm and take your tablets

;) :D
