Logitech MX revolution

I have snapped the dongle for my MX revolution.
nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

Officially no other dongle works with this mouse but does anyone know of another dongle that does work with it ?
jokers on ebay asking for £20 just for the dongles.

Or alternatively does anyone have a spare dongle for one of these for some reason ?

Try contacting Logitech and ask for a replacement. Is it under warranty?

lol Logitech stopped making these about 5 years ago, hence they don't officially support it any more

When I have had problems in the past I was offered a 50% discount code, this time I had to ask but didn't get a discount code.

If they gave me a code I would buy the newest MX mouse. Has their customer service reduced recently I know it always used to be amazing.

Logitech support is terrible, I would never touch a logitech product. Have in the past and they are sub par.

A quick Google lead me to a place selling them for £13.

I have a Performance MX dongle or two laying around but you said they wouldn't work?

Sadly no they won't work

Can't find the place selling them for £13 mind.
I did find somewhere selling the MX5500 dongle for £13.

When my old G7 broke they were great, sent me a newer MX revolution even without a receipt. They asked me to smash my old one and send pics. When they looked at pics and noticed half the finish had worn off they said that was enough for replacement. I must have acidic sweaty palms or something as it always seem to happen to my mice.

Lately though I haven't had such luck with their customer service..

Used to always buy logitech but the last keyboard (k750) and performance mx mouse have been a real disappointment in terms of performance and quality of materials / finish. Unfortunately I was too busy moving home and renovating to deal with the matter and didn't get any where with their customer support. I wouldn't take the risk in buying logitech again.
