The labour Leader thread...

Well done Labour good choice.........keeps them out of power for another 10 years at least :p

With the damage the EU is doing to the Tories right now, UKIP votes will continue to eat into their homelands, dont be so sure of anything 5 years from now.

Hopefully though Blair and Brown can finally shut the hell up for once.

Let's not count our chickens just yet... We still don't know who will be in power in 2020.....

........... I mean will it be George Osborne or Boris???? :D :D

It'll be interesting to see how this plays out, both in party unity over the next months, and at the next General Election.

It's clear what Labour members want. The big question is whether this brings the electorate on-board, or drives them away. That will determine whether Tories should be scared, or smug.

Personally, I'm centre ground. Labour just left me behind. Whether they'll gain other votes from the disenchanted left ....? I presume so. But they'll leave a lot of centre-ground voters behind.

And if a Corbyn-led Labour look like winning a general election, I'll be very tempted to emigrate. Isn't free movement within the EU great? :D

I would ask the last one out to turn out the lights, but a hard left Labour are perfectly capable of doing that themselves. They proved it in the '70s.
