A bit of a strange question, not sure if this is possible but I have two PC's. One gaming pc and one just for streams and browsing.

Now is it possible to view the temps of my gaming pc on the second pc?

I don't want to duel monitor the gaming pc so just wondered if this would be possible.

Thanks.

You could install UltraVNC and then log in remotely to check? But then you will not be able to view temps while gaming so not sure this is what you want.

Otherwise though maybe someone else has an idea on how to get the gaming PC transmitting the temperatures to the other?

Why do you not want to dualscreen the gaming PC?

I don't want dual screen because if I have youtube or twitch on the second 60 hz monitor when dual screening it affects the 144hz gaming monitor (slight stuttering on CSGO and just moving steam or a browser you can see its not as smooth.)

So I thought if i could see the temps on the second pc that would be better.

I sometimes remote access my brothers PC via RDP to view temps. You'd need to enable a concurrent access patch on your gaming machine and you'd have to login as another user.

Install MSI Afterburner Remote Server on PC2 which opens up a port (port 82 by default)

There is an app for mobiles which connects to this - I'm sure someone has done a PC app, or it's just a web page you can visit to get the info.

Looks like Afterburner (as mentioned by Confused) should do the job then. :)

I have a 144Hz monitor (and a 60 Hz one) and don't notice this. Could be the graphics card drivers (or the SLI Configuration) I guess or your eyes are more sensitive than mine.

Though I guess it could also be the OS. Which version of Windows are you running? Mine's on 10 and I think it has a new driver model so if yours is on 7 or 8.1 then that will explain it?

It was doing it when I had just one 980 in, tried windows 8.1/windows 10 as well. Drivers are up to date. It only happens when i play a video on the 60hz monitor.

Here is another thread with the same issue i have https://www.reddit.com/r/nvidia/comments/3f3xhr/144hz_monitor_60hz_monitor_stutter_issues_on/

Do you know where i can find the app or website? can't find it anywhere.

Thanks

It's probably the remote server, then you listen in in the app settings, or you have to use the phone app for the android...

Ah see I don't have a android, just a iPhone. I'll have a look at the app when I get home from work but from what I remember couldn't see anything :(

Remote System Monitor, use it for my server at home, a home server if you will :D

Android client app with Windows server app.

I think NZXT Cam software has this functionality. I have it installed on my computer and my parents computer and when its online i can select the other computer from the drop down menu at the top
