I also got Hawkmoon from the Cryptarch.

I was wondering how I would get the Year 1 rewards, but after speaking to all the NPCs as part of the Tower quest, I got them.

Does anyone know if you can repeat these quests again on another character, maybe a chance at getting a different exotic weapon?

Also paid £20 for the items, and the shaders look sick!

So much has changed since you stopped it's impossible to go through it all. Your best bet would be to play around a bit and come back with specific questions rather than something so general :)

Yeah its a right pain, I was on the phone for 3 hours being told to turn my router off and on again, they have no idea whats wrong. Thinking too switch to virgin but their support is equal as bad, but connection wise my GF is with them and she has had no internet issue in 5 years, while I've had problem after problem.

Am stuck at 206 untill I get some Legendary Marks I think.

Took me most of the morning running around the tower, going to orbit and back in again to get all the quests started or sorted lol.

Only managed to run through 3 missions but already got my hunter to Level 39 / 196 light.
Other two characters are already level 37's just by sorting the quest stuff and handing in four bounties each.

Shouldn't take long to get to 40 on all three. Had enough for today!
 
There are multiple ways to collect Legendary Marks. To make things easier, here's a checklist of activities that reward you with precious Marks:

Disassemble Year 2 Legendary weapons and armor

Complete Daily Story Chapters

Complete Daily Crucible activities

Complete Strikes in the Vanguard Heroic Playlist
 
Gahh stuck all day at dartford in some lame health and safety course. Won't finish till 6 then I have to fight through the rush hr traffic. Been up since 6am so probably no chance of ttk today/tonight as I'm falling asleep lol.
 
The dialogue for the some of the new strikes is fantastic.
Especially the one with the massive shank at the end.
