Court Case: woman tricked into sex with a woman pretending to be a man

Interesting thought:

This went on for two years and only stopped when the victim felt something funny about the perpetrator's hair. How long would she have stuck with the blindfold if it had been a real man?

That's the kind of thing you might do as an extreme kink, dom-sub kind of thing, with a partner that you trust and have been with for some time. And even then, I doubt that'd do a great deal for either party...

How on earth does somebody like this have the bottle to go back to their job when this is all over the country? Let alone where they live as the locals will likely know who she is.

People will do allsorts for love but this is scary. Not sure how this worked but I guess they had a normal relationship outside the bedroom but when it came to bedroom antics it was on with the mask / blindfold

No. The victim was blindfolded literally every time they met over the course of the 2-year relationship.

It's a truly absurd story.

Correct even when they went out or watched movies she was always blindfolded.

This will def be made into a film.
 
It was around the law of consent that Newland was charged, the prosecution alleging she knew full well that her friend had not seen through her disguise, and would not have consented had she known the truth.

Fits quite well into another topic that was discussed recently.

This case is bizarre though. I find both sides of the story hard to believe. What confuses me more is that they established when the sexy toy was bought. So what was she using before this on the few occasions?

Head hurts.

EDIT; didn't get as far as the text messages part. Pretty clear cut then.
