F1 2015

Ps4 online is a joke. Hideous online hopper system. Takes years to find a server and most of the time when it does fails to connect. Awful. Why the heck couldnt codemasters use the old system which worked!
 
Just seen that there are some patches (saw on Steam, so patches for PC at least), do they have big impact? Couldn't stomach full price on Steam atm, but it's available for download for £14 which looks like it would be worth it.

Sorry about pc game talk, there is no f1 2015 thread in pc games forum that I could see.
 
Online hopper idea is terrible I will agree.

But pro season mode is 100% for wheel players, I tried it as I needed some pro mode trophies for platinum - yesh won't be getting those anyitme soon lol
 
The patch on PS4 added in the in-game info screen so you can see exactly how much extra fuel you have, damage and temperatures. They still haven't fixed race strategy in that it gives you the wrong tyres at the stop if you start on prime(?) tyres... so you have to manually ask for option.

Private online seems better... no desync in the game I've played since the patch but could just be a coincidence. Public matchmaking is as terrible as ever.
 
Considering whether to finally upgrade to an XBOX one for this game? Been playing f1 for a long time and with this no longer available for the 360, not sure I want to invest in the X1 due to all the issues which are being raised? Is this better than 2014?
 
Im glad I got given this for free as its one of the worst F1 games out of the pile at the moment.. It just feels really arcadey, can cut corners easy, go on the grass? No problems...

Meh :(
