Although I utterly hate Harry Potter, there's nowt wrong with DR. He seems like a switched-on, nice chap, and humble too, considering his successes.

I actually quite liked it. Even if it was a little OTT, they did state at the start it was 'dramatised'. Going to be quite the conversation maker for a while I think. Some people who have no idea will take it as bible, others will dismiss it as bull. Others will see that they are trying to show the arguement, right or wrong, for viloent games.

Acting wasn't very good and Radcliffe in particular I always thought was a poor actor.

Couple of excellent scenes in it though. I love the bit where

they're strolling through gangster land and that gangster pulls up slowly, gets out and threatens them. Until of course he's told who they are

Radcliff is certainly not a poor actor, see him in horns.
The whole direction felt very bad to be honest, some really dodgy camera work as well.

They got offices all over.

Not sure what to make of it to be honest. Parts seemed good, and other just seemed bad.

Was it or did a self indulgent director just matte it after? It makes no sense for a blandly directed TV drama primarily set in an office to be presented in that ratio.

I dunno? Does it really matter? Loads of dramas shown on the BBC have the black borders. I don't even notice them anymore.

As for the show itself, I stopped watching after 5 minutes.

I thought it was terrible. As factual drama it doesnt work, and as a straight drama it doesnt work. Bad acting, cringy dialogue, it felt like an unwitting comedy or maybe they new what they were doing and were taking the ****.

Personally every time I see him interviewed he seems like a bit of a coke-head with all his nervous energy, but hey.

I didn't realise this was on and saw about 10mins of it last night. I thought it looked absolutely awful. Terribly cheap, really bad acting.. Not good.
