(Prebuilt) Garden Offices

Hi folks,

We're considering getting a garden office at the bottom of our garden, has anyone got any experience of companies that pre-build/install these (though we might consider installing a kit if money saved makes sense)?

Any experienced examples very welcome

but mines just under. it works on Floor area. & if its a permanent structure.
being wood, you can say it can be dismantled (unlike bricks etc)

I keep hearing adverts on the radio for this company. They look pretty good actually but are expensive IMO.

^ To me that's not too bad when you consider it's fully built and installed (and it looks like they do the electrics and stuff too..).

We have one the previous owners just finished before we bought it from them. Awesome space, we have it split into a shed and a room, which has bifolding doors. In the room I have setup my home theatre. Was amazing in summer having football on, doors open, BBQ parties etc, and also it's amazing place to chill out and play PS4 or "Netflix and chill" etc.

We enhanced it by running Cat 6a and Sky coax to it.

Except that the price doesn't include extras such as insulation, heating etc, which bumps up the cost even more. I can understand some extras being, well, extra, but no insulation? And only a 12 month guarantee on materials.
