Hi,
I built new system with
MSI X99A SLi Krait
5820k
8GBx4 Kingston HyperX Fury 2666c15
I built many PC's and never had the missing 100mb before, just wondering is that commom with x99 boards? I think it is something related to uefi bios
Everything looks good but the ram in showing 32GB installed and 31.9GB usable

It'll be the onboard Intel graphics chip taking some for VRAM. It's normal unless you disable the Intel graphics.

It's just hardware reserved memory. Nothing to worry about :) every pc has this. If it was intel HD Graphics it would take a lot more in a different way. (shared memory) but again would be no problem. Just ram and windows working together.

My X99 system also reports 15.9GB available, I don't think it's too unusual or anything to worry about, given the system has been stable since the X99 release.
