Good places for coffee beans?

Can anyone recommend good places for beans?
I've used Whittards, but when wondered where else people use.

Tend to prefer the stronger varieties.

- Blake for a nice strong Cappuccino / Espresso
- Nicaragua Limoncillo Pulped Natural Ethiosar for a nice Aeropress

Used Hasbean for years and would recommend.

Have also used square mile and pact which are good also.

Bean using Pact myself. Quite like the different coffees I've been getting and delivery is always on time as well.

Couple of pots of filter most days. Minimum of a pot a day. Works out about 3-3.5kg a month. That's why I like Rave, they sell roasted beans by the Kg. My wife drinks their decaf as it tastes pretty good and is decaffienated using water rather than chemicals.

Another shout for Has Bean.

I can get beans from a variety of coffee ships near work, Square Mile, Monmouth and Nude are my go-to roasters where possible. I think you can buy them all online.

Yet another Has Bean customer, have been using them for about 6 years. They are my favourite, but I also use and would recommend: Rave, Workshop, and SquareMile.

I buy mine from a local roastery in York, from York Coffee Emporium. They deliver to the UK as well

I have a monthly subscription with Hasbean and get a different coffee sent every month which is good if you like to try different ones every month.

Can't rate square mile highly enough - the redbrick is consistently excellent, as is sweetshop.

Hasbean & Rave are good

Pact i don't really rate - they are fine but not as good as the others for the money, still use them occasionally when they do good offers...

I tend to pick random stuff up from London coffee shops nowadays though.

Just to follow up to say I had my first order from Rave today.
Might give the other suggestions a try after this lot.

I am sure somewhere on their site they said you should leave the beans for a few days before grinding?
Can anyone confirm that, or do tou just use them straight away?
