Anyones Order Ever Vanished ?

I made a purchase on OCUK today and everything went smoothly, Funds transferred etc....window came up confirming order placement and then I go to the account about an hour later just to check everything has gone through and there is no sign of it on there at all :confused:

I looked through order history, Outstanding orders and it simply isn't there, I also never got an order confirmation email yet the funds were successfully taken from my bank account.

Anyone had this happen to them before ?
 
They've been in the middle of moving servers over the last 24 hours so might wanna send customer services a message.

I don't have an order number that's the worrying thing as it was never sent out, I have all the paypal info i.e transaction ID etc... so hopefully that will help.

I wouldn't worry at all.

Once had a similar thing with another service provider. Paypal Transaction ID and the fact that your email addresses match should be enough to verify everything.
 
Sorted for you, it should be in your current orders on the account page now, just released it to warehouse ready for the morning.
 
I didn't get any with my order last week.Someone in the gfx card forum got SEVEN bags allegedly! :mad: :p
