I normally hold a pen like a normal person, but some of the forms in the police have very little space for a lot of writing so I hold it like this if I need to write small and legibly:

To be fair, I can hold a pen almost any way and get something fairly legible from it. Even tried Skunkworks and twist3d0n3's mangled attempts

Do a lot of writing so my pen is always in use ... so i tend to hold it firmly at the end which i shouldn't as this makes it very difficult to see what i'm writing..

Slightly different to the OP, I use my thumb, index and middle fingers to grip the pen and rest it on my ring finger, more control than 2 fingers gripping.
Looks similar to Delvis'.
