*** Official Fifa 16 Thread **

I havn't had time to play the last couple of days :( did play my free draft online....that was a bad mistake I should have waited until full launch tbh as the game was laggy as hell and well the guy had Messi.... and kept passing to Messi.. and there was nothing I could do against a laggy game and Messi and he won. Didn't even win one game in Draft.... that said my draft was awful :(

I don't think I will be playing draft much sadly, I love the idea but the 15k entry fee is far to much. If it was 5k I would use it often, 10k I would play it every so often but not that much. 15k is just not worth it and I'd rather use that 15k towards a player I want rather than lucky dip. Or in the event that like me you do not win a single game just due to luck or whatever. Your reward is one silver pack and two normal gold packs... not worth it.
 
People make the mistake in draft mode of picking the highest rated player over one that will link and give chemistry to others. No point having Ronaldo on low chem as in my opinion he feels awful, so did Messi. Tried them both on full chem and it's like using a different player entirely.

full chemistry seems to make a huge difference this year - a poor side with low chem feels awful.
 
I installed this last night (@ 23:00), only played 3 games but it seemed like they changed the speed again since the demo?

Didn't seem to have the flow of play the demo had, just wondering if the comments regarding the patch a few days ago are right as it seems between fifa16 demo and fifa15 :(

Will hopefuly get to try FUT tonight tho so will see properly I guess.
First impressions is it seems a bit meh compared to the demo feel as if they have compromised on the design by trying to cater to the fifa15 team sweat players & what the demo was like.

Also in playing 3 games last night I had 3 penalties from skilling into the box (2 in a single match)
 
Didn't play Fifa 15 on PC but got 16. Is they any tweaks we can do to improve the Graphics?

For example Texture draw details take note the Crowd and stadium seats and even the distance of the grass.

I feel with powerful PCs they have left us hanging tbh..

Unfortunately not, you can fiddle about with settings in nVidia control panel or AMD's catalyst software to make it look a little better but the game just has poor distance and texture settings.
 
This definitely feels more like fifa 14, the more I play it. Fifa 15 felt like everything was sped up, and the gameplay was all about speed and building attacks quickly. Fifa 16 returns back to the balance of building up attacks more slowly, with a little bit more emphasis on winning possession in the midfield. Definitely something I welcome personally - I didn't like fifa 15 very much.
 
4-3-3 (2) for me at the moment.

Seem to have stopped losing by 3 and 4 goals at least now - mainly a draw merchant at the moment. Some good games but as other have said - hitting the post/crossbar loads at the moment.
 
Really not feeling UT this year, seems another shambles, rewards absolutely crud players with laughable goals and the ball just bouncing around midfield makes it tedious as hell.

But if you win all 4 games the reward is great. Win 1 game and you're guaranteed to get 15k in packs
