I know I'm the idiot that bought a Nano...

Just to warn you guys, the coolant is going to be pink as it is a present for my daughter (which of course will be used by me too for living room gaming) so my wife has asked for it to look girly... Yes I know!

Nice :)

My Nano waterblock just got dispatched by EK this morning. Now I just need to grab the card :D cant wait to put it together all now. Just hope the Nano has less whine then my Fury did!

Pinks fine as long as its not on a polo shirt with the collar popped.

I have you know my superdry polo shirt is Salmon (well okay pink) and I do not pop the collar! I'm being serious I really do have a superdry pink polo shirt LOL.

Nice :)

Got my Nano block right here:) And my Nano is around 20 minutes away! Excited!

Well not a good start. DPD being morons again... the excuse when I asked why are the boxes in this state? We're busy today...

The CPU is directly where that hole is on the box in the second picture... muppets!! GRRR not impressed!

Makes a change from the usual red and black systems I see!

Take some good pics and I'll share them on the old AMD Facebook and Twitter when the build is finished!

No pressure then :D

Yep the pressure is on. Well the Parvum case cracked as I was screwing one of the panels, so either I screwed it in too tight (I didn't as the others screw holes didn't crack) or there was a hair line fracture, because of the poor delivery service! I'm not impressed at all... I managed to super glue the screw hole back on, but I'm not 100% convinced it will work! I will have to wait and see if it's done the job on Monday as I'm not allowed to be working on it this weekend due to the Mrs. deciding what I do on weekends:(

Another snag I just thought of is that the Parvum has a set amount of space for a two slot GPU, which means my 1 slot Nano is going to to make the case open to the size of 1 PCI slot at the back:( Oh well. Anyone got any suggestions on how to fill it?

Thanks I will try my best, but I'm getting less convinced about this build as time goes on! Not the Nano's fault, more the cases fault. It's definitely not a case for beginners!

Do you have a picture of your build? I'm trying to get the scale of it in my head as I have to fit all that watercooling in there!

I'll take a couple of pics and put them up later today :)

Mine is still a work in progress but there's plenty of room IMO. Haven't really been messing around much with the pc as recently there's not been anything really exciting in terms of hardware developments (cpu/gpu)

The one thing about the Veer, it takes a full size ATX psu. Big big plus point for me as the current sfx 450w gold silverstone I'm using is a bit on the noisy side. Soon to be replaced by a Superflower/EVGA/Seasonic psu.

With a R9 Nano you'll have tonnes of space, room for the 240 rad on top and a 120 rad on the front if necessary.

Do wish Parvum would put rubber feet on the case, leaves scratch marks wherever I put it.

Gotta love the aesthetics though :D

Thanks 1Deep. Had major issues with the case so far. Frosted front panel cracked. The SSD tray doesn't seem to fit. I got a 500W SFX PSU AS overclockers page suggests SFX PSU but I find I could have got a normal size PSU. Luckily my SFX PSU comes with an adapter plate although it's too small to sit on the square blocks... Really unimpressed thus far, although it does look nice...

Edit - I was looking at the X1.0. The Veer 1.0 on OCUK page does say supports full size PSU. I guess I will be returning the PSU!

I actually put less thermal paste than this on in the end... made the cross thinner.
