I think it shows just how well designed the Dreadnaught is. I'm still finding things I've never seen before.
Also, if you lose track of them, you can still find out which ones you're missing just by looking at your Book Of Sorrow section in your Grimoire. Each fragment on the Dreadnaught has a specific Grimiore entry attached to it which is handy. I think it would have been absolutely evil of Bungie had it been randomised...
Again, I don't think this works, grimoire is account wide. You could have 45 entries from the fragments having picked them up on three characters eg. 25 on 1st char, 10 on 2nd and 10 on 3rd. If you just commit to only picking them up on one character, then you can use the tracker Phog posted or destinyghosthunter.net and its happy days.
As Phog said, there is no restriction on when to collect the 45. You will just get quest steps when you hit each threshold. Also, when you are collecting the patrol fragments, farm Hadium at the same time, as you need 50 for one of the quest steps.

There is a platform with one of the unlockable chest you need to use invisible platforms to get to. Still fairly tricky!
Finally finished my exotic sword quest...man that last part is the most boring grind I think they've ever put in the game. 500 off ability kills :/
Still, all done now, just wait til arms day

Haha I am the same as you, I only found out as I was walking through and saw someone jumping over there. If you got to the bottom of the slope on either side there are two circular areas. Stand at the edge and pull your ghost and then go jumping. There are chests both sides but they require keys to open them and I don't know where you get the keys from. Also the left one has invincible yellow bar thralls on it which is fun

Just did that one. It only took about ten tries (!) and my DualShock 4 was close to being thrown out the window.
There's a worm room in the mausoleum you have to stand in for 30 seconds to get the stink of the hive then have a timed mad dash across the invisible platforms to unlock the chest! Took a bit of practice! Would be much easier in a fireteam so they can stand on the platforms to keep them visible

I have a Skyburner's Command Beacon. Heard this starts off a quest or two, are they hard or would I be able to do it solo (279 light atm)
I really wish they would consider including the grimoire cards in the game, the lore in this game is incredible. Days at work where I get finished up early I just sit and read through them, ever since TTK dropped they've gotten even better. Bungie talk about having a 10 year plan, I can tell you now they will not be short of stories to tell. It's just down to whether they can portray a lot of these stories properly on screen.

Yeah that quest isn't that difficult. I found the end of it before I knew how to start the 'quest'

Yep, am up for that. I can be sat there with my ghost out on the bridge and as you land on a platform I'm on, can jump to the other so you kbow where it is I guess? Will have to see how it works.
Also, does anyone know what the crack is with the round altar/platform with the green liquid/gas pouring of it is? There's a chest on it iirc.
Having failed to do nightfall earlier in the week we managed it last night, really good sense of achievement given that we had only run that strike once before
Also, is it just me or does the inventory screen now seem to take forever to actually open and populate? Really irritating when trying to use an ammo consumable, really wish they'd just add either a bind for it (touch pad possibly?) or just add an auto consume option.
