Choking your fans and pump down to anaemic rotation speeds (and thereby cutting flow hugely) is what makes it quiet.
The case has no sound reduction features like baffles to dampen fan noise, you can literally poke a pencil into the (sound generating) blades from the outside.
Only the thickness of the case material can be considered to reduce noise but since there's almost nothing blocking off the case fans you can only consider the case material to assist vs obscured psu, gpu, cpu and pump motors.
