Awesome, thanks guys! I can now order my cable tidys and the desk. Is it sturdy nst68 to be used as a decent desk? I need paper storage for studies as well as desk space for a landscape 27" and a portrait 24". PC tower, full keyboard (K70), mouse and from time to time. A 15" Macbook Pro.

And can I put the pedestal either side? Or is it only suited for the left side.
So yea... Need a lot of space :(
 
Looks like the drawers should be able to be placed either side I would have thought. The desk top has pre-drilled holes so I'd have thought you could have popped that drawer unit under either side.

From the specs, the table top supports up to 50KG - you should be golden :)
 
As said, IKEA usually have holes drilled both sides anyway, either way it's a rectangle...so just turn it around :p
