Poll: Cat death outdoors, not a debate, a poll (plz!)

Not sure what the question is, but answer one of the below truthfully, or else

Would a mod please make a poll for this?
Options as follows:

*I have owned at least one outdoor cat who died as a result of an accident involving a car.

*I have owned at least one outdoor cat and all have died of natural causes or indoor accidents.

*I have not owned an outdoor cat

*None of the above - at least one of my outdoor cats has died in an accident or foul play outdoors but none involved a car

Please be as honest as possible. I don't intend to get into any more debates on the merits of indoor vs outdoor cats. This is purely an academic exercise and everyone can draw their own conclusions.

It will in no way prove anything conclusively (sample size and all that) so once again I ask people to be as honest as possible.

I should hope we can do this and that the thread isn't closed or deleted.

If people find it offensive they can RTM it or just not respond. I'm done with the whole debate about it, but I wanted to see if people would answer the question or not.

If they do it will allow me to see if my own experience agrees with the experience of people here.

Option 4 includes "foul play", which would be things like attacks or theft that occur outdoors. Sorry to hear that tho.

Right in front of me too, ran across the road when saw me home from work and splat. Last cat I owned...
 
Both of my mum's cats died of old age. They were outdoor cats and we lived next to a very busy road. One of them did go missing for a week once, but both lived very healthy long lives.

Were they male or female? Cautious or outgoing?
 
I've had 3 outdoor cats in my life, 2 lived until old age and died of natural causes and the other is still alive.

Mother has two outdoor cats aged 6ish. Alive.

Sister, 3 outdoor cats. 1 died of old age, 2 still alive.

Both female - one was more outgoing than the other and would roam (as far as we could tell) pretty far - or at least for more extended periods of time. The other stuck much closer to the house.

I guess one thing the poll doesn't ask is where you live. Town or country?
