Budget in the ear headphones

Can anyone recommend some decent budget in the ear headphones ideally not more than £20-25 please? It is to use with my mp3 player or mobile to listen to music at the gym or running.

SoundMagic PL-21. Can be had for £17, I bought some PL10's a while back & they are good for the price.

Soundmagic E10s or the Xiaomi Piston 3. I have both; I love my E10s and I receive a new pair of the Piston 3 this morning and they perform really well.
