I doubt many EDL members have the faculties to understand fascism, and I'm sure the purporters of anti fascist attacks don't.

You say that as if celebrating other cultures traditions are a bad thing?
It's not that, it's when the mods stamp out any negativity towards it as not to offend. If people don't like it, allow them to say as such (Within reason). It's like an episode of SouthPark sometimes, you can say anything you want about Christians, Spiritalists, Jews but the instant anything bad is said about islam, OCUK jumps in as fast as ever with the delete key. It's happening in this thread too, with people shouting Right Wing, Racist, EDL at anyone who is against this Refugee

I would say Islamic culture on the whole clashes with Western culture, there's not really much common ground between countries like Saudi Arabia and the UK, we basically have polar opposite beliefs

The largest amounts of Wahhabist extremists come from Qatar, UAE and Saudi Arabia. All of which we have large weapons export contracts with. But people bitch about Syrians trying to escape Wahhabists.

OK, let's do a little experiment - when this year's Merry Christmas thread is happens, go in there and strongly criticise Christians. Let them know they they shouldn't believe in sky fairies, that Christians are mostly hateful and violent people and that their faith commands then to carry out evil acts. Let's see what the mods do.
You mean like when people say I don't believe in Christmas, Christmas sucks, I hate Christmas? There are people out there that don't enjoy Christmas

Are they? Does it? I'm secular but still enjoy Christmas but not for any religious connotations it may have.
I don't really care about the internal affairs of other countries, I care about keeping myself and my community free and inclusive. Islamic culture doesn't promote those values
