Waterblock for KFA2 GeForce GTX 970 OC Silent "Infin8 Black Edition"

Glad someone else is asking that question. I just registered to ask the very same thing. Have a systsem running these in SLI, so would be good to hear options.

It's not a reference board.
There isn't one from EKWB and they don't plan to do one.

I think that the simple answer is probably no.

Had the feeling this might be the case - that being said Im not sure how the board is different from the HOF PCB - though im aware its probably pretty different.

A little annoying but in fairness I never planned to go SLI let alone watercool them, but just on a whim thought Ill do it!

Still, need to sort them out.

You could try Diamond Cooling, they are the ones who did 8-Pack's waterblocks for his GPU's.

You could easily fit some EK thermosphere blocks to them. The VRMS already have heatsinks on them under the cooler, add a few to the mems and you would be sorted.

You don't even need dedicated memory heatsinks. Many cards have naked memory chips on the reverse side of the PCB which don't get cooled.

Yea probily could get away without adding heatsinks to the mems to be fair.I dont use them on my 970,but my card has front plate covering them anyways as part of the pcb design.

Plus you can use Thermospheres on other cards at a later date, cheaper than FC blocks too :D

If needs be ill custom machine a little copper strip from another heatsink that I could buy in, but as I dont overclock my memory and my case temps are low I should be ok.

Thanks for the options.

Heres my rig if anyone is interested:

Might do a project build too as there will be more to come.
