I received a penalty charge notice today for performing a prohibited turn - no right turn and 22:01 PM
I'm just wondering if anyone can offer some advice

Because why am I going to hand them £55 so easy when I don't remember seeing any signs saying no right turn, I'll put up a bit of a fight even if I do lose then i will have to pay. i hear stories of people fighting there PCN and not having to pay so why cant i

Sometimes I think people just make a thread cause they're bored and not actually looking for advice.

Either that or this OP genuinely thinks someone is going to come up with a sneaky way of not having to pay the PCN.

Best go check the junction then rather than posting. If it's clearly signed you'll be paying up.

I'm currently looking trying to find it on street view as this was 2 weeks ago i was just passing through and i had never been there before so still trying to remember the route i took

Okay yeah it has the road on the letter and this is the only place i found with a no right turn and i dont remember seeing the no right turn signs on the lights lit up?

If you type "The bridge harrow no right turn" into google you'll find you can turn right if you're a bus or a cyclist.
