Poor customer service does not make for a returning customer.
That was my experience of Flubit. I tried to get a delivery time, and was eventually told it was not coming at all and then it arrived the next day.
The tone of the reply to my first inquiry was telling, it felt like I was already being far too impatient and the back and forth just went downhill from there. On about the 5th reply I twigged that this guy's lips were sealed from giving any kind of response I was hoping for.
I left a snarky comment on their twitter. Also if you read places like trust pilot the reviews are mixed with a lot of extended delays.
I got a Samsung 850 evo for £69 from £80, and didn't mind at all about the delay it was just the attitude I objected to; and the nonchalance about not even providing a delivery day nevermind an hour window.
In fact from the transcript below it actually ended up with the neighbour which is why I needed the delivery date to expect it. I was asking for a tracking number because it was emailed to me that delivery was being handled by Royal Main 48hr.
It reads bottom to top in order of earliest correspondence.

I would like you to send me what I paid for, thank you. Also explain without dodging the question what the problem is in giving me a tracking number, if it is indeed send by Royal Mail 48 hr tracked. Where is it coming from, and are you going to offer any compensation for the delay?
